- Hi Michael, Thank you for the outstanding work done. I’ve had some very bad experiences with painters and waterproofers in the past. They get to site late, leave early and take short cuts at every opportunity. The teams on site are hardly ever managed and you always have the feeling that they’re rushing your job to get to the next one. My experience with Renu Decorators was completely different. The Manager arrived at 8am every morning with his team, set out the days objectives with them and stayed on site to make sure that the work being done was to standard. The team did not leave until the days work was done. None of the usual sitting on the pavement at 4pm, waiting to be collected. What impressed me the most was how thorough the preparation work was, as I’m a firm believer that if the prep is done right, the job lasts longer and there is little chance for comebacks. The whole house was given an undercoat, areas that needed a texture to mask defects where done very well, and the overall quality of the paint and waterproofing work is very high. Even my neighbour came around to tell me how impressed he was with the team that he saw working on my house. Thank you Michael and team for doing such a great job with a very demanding customer!
